Shame & Self Worth Healing

Shame is the belief that something is wrong with you - that you’re not enough, too much, or only worthy when you achieve, please, or perform. This work focuses on transforming shame into self-trust and reconnecting clients with their inherent worth & the understanding that worthiness is unconditional and exists simply because you are human. Therapy helps loosen self-critical patterns and build a grounded, confident sense of self that isn’t dependent on external approval.

Reduced Fee Therapy

Reduced fee sessions are offered with a graduate student therapist in the final phase of her clinical training. She provides high-quality, trauma-informed care under the close supervision of the practice owner. Clients receive compassionate, supported therapy at a more accessible rate, with the added benefit of guidance and oversight from an experienced trauma specialist.
